About RJD Investments
RJD Investments was born from a simple observation. As an investor himself, our founder Rushabh Doshi saw that amid the plethora of investment options, too little attention was paid to what matters most: an investor's goals, preferences and real level of knowledge.
After an MBA in Finance and two decades in operations and finance, he turned his focus to helping individuals and families manage their money with the same discipline.
Before we suggest anything, we listen: to your goals, your timeline and your comfort with risk.
Wealth isn't built by one big decision, but by small habits practiced consistently: a monthly SIP, a goal you don't abandon, a portfolio you review.
We help individuals and families in Mumbai build wealth through goal-based investing across Mutual Funds, Corporate Fixed Deposits, PMS and AIFs.

Have a question?
Contact UsFrequently Asked Questions
Simple answers to the questions people ask us most.
What is a SIP?
SIP stands for Systematic Investment Plan. You invest a fixed amount in a mutual fund every month, automatically from your bank account. It builds the habit of investing regularly, whether markets are up or down.
What does goal-based investing mean?
We start with what the money is for, such as your child's education, your retirement or a home, and when you will need it. The investment is then chosen to suit that goal and that timeline.
What is KYC?
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a one-time identity check that everyone must complete before investing, using your PAN, Aadhaar and a few basic details. We help you complete it.
What is the difference between a regular plan and a direct plan?
Every mutual fund scheme comes in two versions that invest in exactly the same things. A direct plan is bought straight from the fund house and has lower yearly costs. A regular plan is bought through a distributor like us. Its yearly cost is a little higher because it includes our commission, and in return you get our guidance and ongoing service.
What can I invest in with you?
- Mutual Funds: your money is pooled with other investors and managed by a professional fund manager. You can invest a fixed amount every month (a SIP) or all at once, towards goals like your child's education, retirement or a home.
- Corporate Fixed Deposits: you deposit money with a company for a fixed period and earn interest at a rate agreed at the start. Corporate Fixed Deposits carry credit risk and are not covered by deposit insurance. We explain the risk of each option clearly before you choose.
- PMS (Portfolio Management Services): a professional portfolio manager manages a portfolio of shares held in your own name. For eligible investors, with a minimum investment of ₹50 lakh.
- AIF (Alternative Investment Funds): privately pooled funds that invest beyond regular shares and bonds, such as in unlisted companies. For eligible investors, with a minimum investment of ₹1 crore.
How do you get paid?
We are a distributor, so we earn commission from the companies whose products you invest in. We will always explain how this works for any product before you decide.
Why do PMS and AIF have such high minimums?
SEBI, the market regulator, sets these minimums (₹50 lakh for PMS and ₹1 crore for AIF) because these products are meant for experienced investors who can take on more risk.
